(“Grant” or the “Company”) specializes in developing and manufacturing polymer membranes and membrane based water treatment products and system with key products including ultrofiltration (UF) membranes, microfiltration (MF) membranes and electrodeionisation (EDI). Grant also provides water treatment system solutions based on its core solutions including design, fabrication and installation.

CHF sold its holding in Grant to a financial investor in 2012, at 2.2x ROI and 41.0% IRR.
